Professional Corporate Coach Certification Program (PCCCP) - Advanced Level

A 422 hours intensive certification program for WABC International Certification
Organized by PIICC, facilitated by Charlie Lang, Sebastien Henry and Sabreena Andriesz

Completing the PCCCP leads directly to the

WABC Certified Business Coach™ designation

Why attend this program?

Progress-U has been training professional coaches since 2007 and has recently expanded it’s highly praised program “Develop Yourself as a Professional Corporate Coach" with a second level for coaches who have either completed this program or similar programs with other coach training providers.

The complete program (Modules 1-5) extends to a total of 600 hours, with the Advanced Level accounting for 422 hours comprising of

·      3 * 3 days class room training

·      6 teleclasses

·      2 mentor coaching sessions

·      3 supervised practice sessions

·      Book reviews (6 coaching related books)

·      Final assignment (research project)

It has been designed to comply with WABC (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches) standards and will lead directly to the WABC Certified Business Coach™ designation upon successful completion of the PCCCP.

If you have gained first coach training from other providers, you may be accepted into the program provided you fulfill our assessment criteria. Click here to learn more.

This program is exclusively (!) for coaches with significant prior coach training and first coaching experience to ensure working on an advanced level during the program.

The program has been designed by Europeans who have been based in Asia for many years combining Western coaching research with wisdom from Asia, including Asian philosophies and other cultural treasures relevant to coaching.

Important note: In order to achieve a high level of learning, the number of participants is limited to 12.

Your Facilitators

Charlie Lang, Sebastien Henry and Sabreena Andriesz are certified professional coaches. They coach senior managers at multinational companies with a strong presence in Asia-Pacific, to assist them in becoming more successful leaders. They also work with senior management groups (facilitation and team coaching).

Some clients they have served include: Airbus, Alcatel-Lucent, Allianz, AON, BASF, BAYER, Chanel, DMG, HP, Johnson & Johnson, Lego, L’Oreal, Lloyds TSB, Otis, RBS, Saint Gobain, Sprint, TESCO, UBS, Veolia Water, and many more.

They have a cumulated business experience in Asia of over 40 years and coaching experience in Asia of over 25 years.
